Searching for clues ……

Deep Silver has opened a central information portal about “Lost Horizon” for fans of adventure gaming. Designed to feel like a movie preview, the website http://lost-horizon.deepsilver.com grants its visitors further insight into the new PC game developed by Animation Arts. The official “Lost Horizon” website replaces the teaser homepage.


The movie screen shows early moving scenes from the game. On the right hand side of the theater, the audience can enjoy screenshots that provide further glimpses of the impressive variety of locations in “Lost Horizon”. On the left, character artwork can be viewed and downloaded as wallpapers. http://lost-horizon.deepsilver.com also provides news in several languages, as well as interesting details about the game. Visitors to the site can also subscribe to the newsletter, and chat with other adventure fans in the message boards. A Facebook page focused on the game is also being launched: http://www.facebook.com/losthorizongame.

“Lost Horizon” is the third title coming from Animation Arts, the developers of the award-winning Secret Files series. With a classic 1930s setting, fascinating locations such as Hong Kong, Tibet, and Morocco, as well as an eventful hunt for one of mankind’s greatest mysteries, “Lost Horizon” is guaranteed to have fans of the adventure genre glued to their computer screens.

The story:
1936: Fenton Paddock, a former British soldier and hapless smuggler, is asked to find a lost expedition in Tibet. On his journey, he encounters Nazi henchmen who are following a trail through the Himalayas as they search for occult weapons to help with plans for further conquests, hoping to track down one of mankind’s greatest secrets – the legendary Shambala.
