Not our usual sort of write-up as we don’t usually cover a full publisher but focus multimedia are pushing out some pretty hot budget adventure and casual titles at the moment. Next week will see the release of Barrow Hill: Curse of the Ancient Circle and they’ve just released three mystery case files titles – Madame Fate,Prime Suspects,and Return to Ravenhearst.
Along with all the casual titles, focus multimedia also produce driving test, creative,anti virus and internet security software.
Having previously covered the hidden object title Mystery P.I.™ – The Vegas Heist from Focusmm, I personally preffered the quality and security of having the game on disc and am able to revisit time and again.The game itself boasted 2,300 cleverly hidden objects within 25 Vegas locations. The mini-games breaking up the object search comprised of : Word Search, Tile Rotation, Tile Swap, Jigsaw and a crime solving puzzle!there was also two different modes - Vegas Heist mode and Unlimited Seek & Find, and of course being a hard copy theres no Internet connection needed.
Focus multimedia’s catalogue also contains Nancy Drew titles which for adventure fans in the UK hard copies can be quite elusive on release.
